so much for good service.

Now seriously, customers always right, right?! & i didn't even think i did anything wrong!
CAUSEWAY POINT, LONG JOHN'S, SERVICE, STINKS!
technically only one female staff, have been giving attitude to her CHINESE/INDIAN customers!
i know, so much for racial harmony eh?!
yes i do have her name with me but i'm not going to post it up.
i hope this post would heed as a warning to her! if this continues,
i'm going to lodge a complain. (& i mean it )
i have already been taking note of this staff since 2~3 weeks ago
& i'm sure my friends have noticed that.
if you're working as a service provider,
please bear in mind that:
YOU ARE PROVIDING SERVICE & WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT, YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE PRETTY MUCH THE ONE THATS PAYING YOU.
